Happy Birthday to ME…Lucky YOU!

Well…today is my 33rd birthday & the hunky UPS man brought me these so I have to share them with you all on my birthday! These are 10*20 standout prints! I could not by any means pick my favorite that I captured of them so I made this little collage of some of their best facial expressions to capture them in time forever! Such a fun age & it shows in these photos!!

Here is a little collage of what they look like! They come ready to hang, uv protected & are very light weight! As I mentioned these are 10 *20 but come in a variety of sizes! I offer these for all my clients along with many other unique & fun items at VERY reasonable prices!

A-DOR-A-BLE

These little sweethearts were the nieces of the bride at the wedding I captured a few weekends back. Their mommy asked me to take a couple of snapshots for them because they both had just had their birthdays. I am SO glad I did…what little beauties they are!

Look at how gorgeous the light was & how it captured her beautiful baby blue eyes! I mean look at her….what a doll!

Her big sister was not so sure of getting her picture done at the same time as little sister so after the wedding I captured this picture! Just a couple hours later & what a difference there is in the lighting! She is just a sweetheart! What a look!

Beautiful daughters Amy & Blake! I can not wait to capture your girls & your sweet family again for you guys this summer/fall!

Tate~4 months

This little guy is the newborn in the basket above on my flash header. He has grown so much since his newborn session. I just L*O*V*E his eyes & he was such a calm, sweet baby to capture at this age. Check out his sweet smile!

It was a real honor to capture Tate in his newborn pictures for this amazing, sweet family & then again for these pictures. Thanks so much Tate’s mommy & daddy for allowing me to capture your precious baby boy twice now. I can not wait to capture him again & again for you all & watch him grow & capture those moments for you guys! I take it as a huge blessing to have awesome clients such as you guys!

Cassie & Jeff~3-13-10

I was honored that Cassie had asked me to capture her special day in Ulen, Minnesota. I grew up playing volleyball & basketball & many times we traveled there to play against Ulen, Hitterdahl. So it was nice to get back to that area….it had been a long while! Not like I remember it at all…I think that is a sign that I am getting old! HA HA!! Anyways….it was a beautiful wedding, the family was very sweet & I really enjoyed myself! Thanks again to the Matson/Pender families…it was my pleasure! Here are just a few that caught my eye while going through ALL the photos I captured that day! I will post more soon! ENJOY!

Marie-4 months

Here are some more beautiful pictures I captured of baby Marie at her beautiful home a few weekends back! Sometimes this age is hard to photograph because they can’t really sit up on their own yet but she did wonderful! I brought along all of my fun little props & she looked adorable in all of them!

Friday 3-19-10

***I have not blogged in the last few days being sidetracked with all the major flooding going on in the Fargo/Moorhead area. We are not located close to the river but we have some friends that are along with the girls friends. We have had our sump pump running constantly for the last week or so with all the warm weather we had so we have been on constant alert with that. It takes alot out of a person & I keep praying for all those involved that are fighting every day to save their home from the flood. The city of Fargo seems to have everything under control & hope it all goes well when we are suppose to crest this weekend. Last year around this time we evacuated our home & took off to my parents place miles away. It was so great to spend those days hanging out with my mom…it is hard to believe she is not with us today! ; {

Here are a few of my favorite captures from this past fall…we had gorgeous weather through November this year! It was awesome!

*First up is my adorable nephew playing under my parents apple tree. It was a beautiful evening, the sun shining on him, my moms flowers in the background, amazing green grass & him holding a little apple in his hands that he pulled off the tree. <Art captured!> I tend to think outside the box on alot of my pictures & I actually blew this picture up to a 16*20 standout print & it turned out GORGEOUS…my sister loved it when I surprised her with it for her birthday last month!*

*This next one is one of my best friends husband with his sons. They are into hunting & when they brought out all their hunting gear…I spotted the beautiful golden, fall field & trees…little did I realize how MUDDY it was! They had their hunting boots on so they were ok but me….NO…I had regular boots on & ended up having MUD covered boots but I am so glad we went out there because this ended up being one of my girlfriends favorites & I believe her husbands also!

Funny capture

*I am sticking with my theme for Sundays…“All about Family”…cuz that is what Sundays are all about…hanging with the family!

Here is one of my first shots with my new lens <50mm 1.8> that I captured of my kids at the park this past summer. It was a beautiful sunny day with this gorgeous green grass & a typical situation when I try to capture all *FOUR* of my kids….for some reason my baby girl always wants to act up…give or take the situation! I was all excited to capture some kind of wonderful & this happens….Kind of a funny capture…I thought! <I did end up capturing many wonderful moments after this episode though as always! ; }>

On another note…I attended a Girls Night Out showcase on Friday night in Lake Park, Minnesota where I grew up. It was a wonderful turnout & I was so excited to meet all kinds of new potential clients. I am looking forward to hearing from the many that I chatted with this fun evening. I belive it is going to be a BUSY & fun summer meeting all kinds of new people! I am beyond excited to see where this spring/summer will take my passion of photography…living my dream! Thank you to all of you who believe in my passion as well & to those of you interested in my photography. It is a true honor & I REALLY *L*O*V*E* doing this & it shows through in my photographs as well!

Precious Babes

I haven’t blogged in the last couple days because I have been busy trying to get things ready for a booth that I’m setting up at a fun little “Girls Nite Out” showcase in my home town. I am SO glad they asked me to join them. If you are in the Lake Park area Friday night….come see me! I believe it runs from 5 to 8pm.

Now… onto the major cuteness that I was captured this past Sunday for 3 friends of their little ones….so adorable!

*This little handsome guy is the newborn in the basket with the little striped hat….he has grown so much since I last seen him. I love his blue eyes, the tie & the way he is sucking on his little fingers! SO darn cute & sweet! It was a true pleasure capturing him again….

*Here is his little friend….what an absolute little doll! Beautiful blue eyes, love the hat on her & love the look she is giving me…. I think she is kinda smiling at me too….

*Here is their other little friend…..I just could not resist this TOO cute capture! I just love his little butt & the way he is holding the hat strings…so precious! Look at those eyelashes too….what a cutie!

**Well wish me luck at my first showcase booth…I am REALLY excited! I have that Friday & then a wedding Saturday! Busy weekend ahead….I LOVE IT!

Sunday=Family Time
